Valley School has a compulsory uniform.

All items can be purchased from JMC Collection at 151 Manukau Road, Pukekohe.

JMC run normal business hours and can be contacted on 237 1212.

The Valley School PTA have the ‘Optional’ House t-shirts available for sale.

Please complete an order form and send with payment to the school office. Orders received by Thursday night will be processed on Friday and delivered to your child’s class.

Polar Fleece - bottle green with gold contrast and logo.

Girl’s Culottes - bottle green, half elastic.

Boy’s Shorts - bottle green drill.

Trackpants - bottle green taslan with polyester lining.

Skivvie - white, green or grey polycotton.

Cricket Hat - bottle green with or without logo.

Bucket Hat - bottle green with logo

Girl’s Socks - white or black knee hi.

Boy’s socks - grey or black knee hi.

Second Hand Uniform

Please ask at the office for the latest second hand items for sale - this varies throughout the year.

Year 6 Pupils

Year 6 pupils needing a new sunhat during the year are able to wear the Pukekohe Intermediate uniform bucket hat (Please note that the Intermediate also have a baseball cap - this is not permitted to be worn at Valley School as it does not provide adequate sun protection).

Shoes

A uniform shoe has not been stipulated. Any safe and practical shoes are acceptable. Shoes with high heels or ‘pump’ shoes are not deemed to be practical.

Jewellery

Children with pierced ears may wear studs. Necklaces, rings and bracelets are not permitted. Local Kaumatua have advised us that necklaces of cultural significance may be removed during school time as the precedent has been set with sports activities.
